Gary Place and Nancy Long own This 'N That Eclectics at 1618 Hill Avenue, and the store's name pretty much says it all. The historic building, which was once a general store, now houses an uncommon collection of men's and women's consignment clothing, household decor with a largely nautical theme, knick knacks and Gary's custom crafted furniture.
